My Husband's Birthday Meal


I was very pleased with how every one of these dishes came out.
Stone Crab with Lime Dijon Mayo


Lobster Bisque with Tarragon and LobsterRoe


Composed Salad of Radish, Endive, King Trumpet Mushrooms and Chervil with a Poached Quail Egg




Seared Grass Fed Rib Eye Steak on a Hollandaise Sauce, Asparagus, Wild Mushrooms and a Red Wine Demi GlacĂ©.  Garnished with Red Mustard Micro Greens
