About Me

My photo
Olivia Williamson
I received my culinary training at the French Culinary Institute,New York City, in 1989. I have worked in 3 star kitchens, but had a good deal of my food philosophy honed in my 5 years at Grange Hall, one of the first “farm to table” restaurants in New York. I'm comfortable cooking in any style from high end restaurant food to homestyle comfort foods and vegan gluten free. Whether you are trying to control your weight, recovering from an illness, or simply too busy to cook for yourself on a daily basis, healthy meals are a great gift to yourself and others. We can work together, or with the guidance of a doctor or nutritionist, to create a menu you will love to eat.
